KERCHER MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: December 29th, 2025
The KERCHER Membership is a private client program available exclusively to established customers of KERCHER. Enrollment constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Structure
Membership consists of a one-time initiation fee and an ongoing monthly contribution.
The initiation fee secures entry into the program and is non-refundable.
Monthly contributions are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless paused or cancelled in accordance with the policies below.
Membership benefits, pricing, and privileges are active only while the membership remains in good standing.
Membership Credits
One hundred percent of monthly contributions accrue as membership credit.
Credits may be applied toward eligible KERCHER products and services at retail pricing unless otherwise specified.
Credits are not cash, hold no cash value, and are not redeemable for refunds or cash equivalents.
Credits are non-transferable and may not be gifted, sold, or shared.
Credits may not be applied retroactively to past purchases.
Certain limited or special projects may be excluded from credit eligibility at KERCHER’s discretion.
Anniversary Bonus Credit
Members who maintain uninterrupted membership for twelve consecutive months may receive an anniversary bonus credit.
Bonus credit is calculated based on total contributions made during the preceding twelve-month period.
Bonus credit is applied at KERCHER’s discretion and may be modified, paused, or discontinued in the future.
Bonus credit is subject to the same redemption and usage rules as standard membership credit.
Cancellation and Credit Redemption
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Upon cancellation, any unused membership credits must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of the cancellation date.
Credits not redeemed within the ninety-day redemption window will expire and be forfeited.
No refunds will be issued for unused credits under any circumstances.
If membership is cancelled and later reactivated beyond the permitted pause window, a new initiation fee will be required, and the member will be subject to any updated pricing or terms in effect at that time.
Pausing Membership
Membership may be paused for up to ninety (90) consecutive days without forfeiting initiation status.
During a pause, monthly contributions do not accrue and membership benefits are temporarily suspended.
Pauses exceeding ninety days will be treated as a cancellation and will require a new initiation fee to re-enter the program.
Preferred Pricing and Access
Members receive preferred pricing on eligible products while membership is active.
Preferred pricing does not stack with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Early access to new collections, products, or events may be offered but is not guaranteed.
KERCHER reserves the right to modify access windows and availability at its discretion.
Alterations and Repairs
Active members may receive complimentary alterations and repairs on custom KERCHER garments, subject to reasonable wear and use.
Alterations and repairs are intended to support long-term wear and care of garments and reflect the philosophy of fewer things, better things.
All alterations and repairs are performed at KERCHER’s discretion and subject to reasonable limitations.
Exclusions may apply for extensive damage, misuse, third-party alterations, or significant design changes.
Events and Experiences
Membership may include access to company events, private gatherings, or experiences.
Event access, capacity, and scheduling are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Event access does not guarantee attendance at all events.
General Terms
Membership benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred.
KERCHER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Membership program or any of its benefits at any time.
Membership may be terminated by KERCHER in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms.
All pricing, benefits, and terms are subject to change with reasonable notice.
