Where are you located?

Our showroom is located at 175 N. Ada Street, in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. Not where you’d expect a luxury menswear showroom to be…which is exactly the way we like it.

Do I need an appointment?

In a word, yes. Due to high demand and the intimate setting of our appointments we require a scheduled time so that we can deliver a true luxury experience for you. This is the case for clients shopping our full collection and those coming for our bespoke experience.


Do you take walk-in appointments?

Depends. Our first priority is always our guests that have scheduled in advance with us. Because our showroom visits tend to be very intimate we restrict access during client consultations.

If, however, we are not in the middle of consultations then we would be very happy to have you in, show you around and tell you our story. We’d love to hear your story as well!

How long will my appointment be?

Full collection shopping appointments are up to one hour long while our bespoke experience averages from ninety minutes to two hours. Follow-up fittings are half an hour.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

It is helpful to dress relative to the type of garments you might be designing with us. This is especially true when meeting with our designers for tailored pieces. 


If you happen to have any existing garments that you enjoy the fit of it is always helpful to bring them along so that our designer has reference to the type of fit you are used to. 


If you do not have these than it is no problem at all. We have a full collection of fitting garments and shoes on-site.


Will your clothing fit me?

Yep. While our RTW collections are made with a slimmer silhouette for those with athletic body types, our in-store collection and bespoke experience offers up the opportunity for any man to invest into himself and get a perfect fit.

What is the price range?

KERCHER is, unapologetically, a luxury brand. Everything we design and manufacture has been painstakingly thought out to not only include the best possible construction, materials and fit but to also incorporate utility and function. Something that we think is often lost in the abstract world of luxury fashion.

We believe in investing in fewer items of the greatest quality possible. Not in throwing money away on trend-chasing fast fashion.

We also believe in sustainable business practices which is why the majority of our items are made-to-order so that we cut down on wasted materials and energy.

That being said there are two ways to shop our offering.

Collection pieces range from $185 to over $6,500 while our bespoke offerings range from $225 to over $10,000+

How long in advance do I need to place my order?

Standard delivery is 6 weeks for collection purchases and 8 to 10 weeks for our bespoke experience.

Are rush orders available?

Yes, we try to accommodate all rush requests when possible, these will incur additional fees. Please inquire in advance regarding rush orders -

Do you customize? Do you make bespoke clothing?

Yes and yes. While garments purchased directly from our online shop or from our partner stockists do not have the ability to be customized, our clients purchasing from our Chicago studio will benefit from a unique experience.

Shopping our collection in-store allows you to have a large majority of our products made in your own measurements and, in-addition, you'll have access to an expanded collection of curated fabric options for each piece. Tailored items and, in some cases, leather jackets can also have customized linings, monogramming or patchwork applied.

If you are coming in for our bespoke experience you are getting the best of what we have to offer. Products included in our bespoke offerings are always made from the highest quality materials, handmade construction methods and you (the client) get full access to our wheelhouse of design options. If you can think of it, we can probably make it.

Bespoke not only means that you are speaking for the exact fabric, lining, style and trim options for your garment but that our designer will take upwards of 40 measurements and posture observations that will be worked into a unique pattern for you before being constructed with precise craftsmanship and attention to detail. Perfection.

How many guests are allowed in my appointment?

We allow up to 2 guests during your visit. As much as we would love for all of your friends and loved ones to be able to share in the experience, we find that it is much less stressful for the client and designer when you limit your audience.

What is available to try on at the showroom?

In-store we have a curated selection of garments that represent our entire collection consisting of suits, tuxedos, dinner jackets, trousers, vests, dress shirts, leather jackets, hoodies, tee shirts, shoes and more. When requesting your appointment, please send a desired wish-list of styles you would like to try.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, as a convenience to those clients who have scheduled with us well in advance, we require 24 hours notice of any cancellation. Any cancellation within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
